  After having Swan Gates attend to our gate system, we were told that multiple faults were present and were advised that the gate required a brand‑new motor costing £1,282.22. We had just moved into the property and didn’t have the funds for such a major repair, so we contacted Garage Door and Gate Company for a second opinion.

Their engineer inspected the system, repaired the issues, serviced the gate properly, and confirmed that a new motor was not needed. The total cost for the full repair and service was £150, and the gate is now operating safely and reliably.

  Unbelievable service by these guys. I ordered a replacement Hormann unit, received a phone call the next morning confirming correct fitment, unit arrived the next day.

I forgot to order a Keyfob to go with it, ordered that evening, arrived the next day.

  All the staff I spoke to were great from my initial contact to the end of the work on my garage door - always friendly and helpful.
An especial shout out for Lukasz who patiently explained everything he needed to do  and then did a brilliant job getting a 25 year old Hormann up and over door working like new.
